Welcome Reception

All participants, accompanying persons and exhibitors are invited to the Welcome Reception. It is a great chance to see old friends and make new friends from all over the world.

Home Hospitality Evening

Melbourne based congress participants will host international registrants for an evening at home around the BBQ or for an informal dinner. Registration will be available on the website in early 2012.

The Exhibitors are pleased to invite all participants and accompanying persons to a reception in the Exhibition area.

Theatre & Cultural Evening

Melbourne has a fantastic range of plays, musicals and theatre-restaurants. A selection of these will be available to registered participants and accompanying persons for an additional fee.

Restaurant Evening and Foundation Function

Melbourne and the inner suburbs have thousands of restaurants ranging across the cuisines of Italian, Greek, Chinese, Vietnamese, Indian and many others. A selection of these will be recommended to registered participants and accompanying persons. The ISPRS Foundation will also host a special event to raise funds for the scientific operations of the ISPRS.

This will be a Gala Event at a unique venue in Melbourne.

AFL or NRL Game or A League Game

Dependent on schedules, an Australian Rules football match or NRL (rugby) match may be available on Saturday 1st September 2012. The Congress will book a block of seats based on demand from participants and accompanying persons. Register your interest via email: isprs2012@icms.com.au

Indoor Soccer Match

Want to bend it like Beckham? Here is your chance to join in a five-a-side round-robin soccer challenge. All participants are all invited to come along and take part, whether you're after some competition or just a friendly game. Registration of interest will be available on the website in mid 2012.
